National team from African Make History in World Cup 2022 Qatar

A row of national teams from the African continent are predicted to make new history, which will compete in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

There are five teams from the African continent who trust the services of local coaches for all participating countries for the 2022 World Cup.

The national team of Senegal, Morocco, Tunisia, Ghana and Cameroon have confirmed qualification for Qatar at the end of this year.

The pride of these countries is doubled because of the presence of local coaches in them.

Reported by Football Live, the five 2022 World Cup participants from the African continent will use the services of local coaches.

If nothing changes, then this will be a new history because it happened for the first time in the history of the World Cup.

So far, countries from the African continent still often use the services of foreign coaches when they compete in the World Cup.

For example, the Moroccan national team still uses the services of a French coach, Herve Renard, at the 2018 World Cup.

Morocco now trusts the services of a coach from his own country, Walid Regradui.

The appointment of Regradui was somewhat sudden because he had only served since August 12, 2022.

Regradui replaces the previous coach, Vahid Salihodzic, who brought Morocco to Qatar.

Morocco was impressed by the Regradui performance that led Wydad Casablanca to the African Champions League title in 2022.

Previously, the Tunisian national team also appointed an emergency coach from their own country, Jalil Kadri.

Kadri was appointed as coach after Mondher Kabaier disappointed Tunisia at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.

Status as an emergency coach, Kadri managed to lead Tunisia to qualify for Qatar even though it was an uphill battle.

Kadri is not the only coach for the 2022 World Cup to be appointed after the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.

There is Otto Addo who replaces Milovan Rajevac to manage the Ghana national team

Addo's appointment proved successful in qualifying Ghana and now he is trusted to take charge of his team competing in Qatar.

Unlike the three countries, the Senegal national team retains Aliou Cisse as their coach for the 2022 World Cup.

Born and raised in Senegal, Cisse led his country to the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.

Cisse is considered to be a huge success at the 2022 World Cup thanks to the presence of stars such as Sadio Mane, Kalidou Koulibaly, and Edouard Mendy in his team.

Cameroon's national team also did not miss to entrust the position of coach to a local name, Rigobert Song.

Song is a Cameroon national team legend who has played in four editions of the World Cup.

The 46-year-old is now in charge of Cameroon's tactician for the 2022 World Cup.

The appointment of local trainers has brought their own identity to these countries.

The public from the African continent is now waiting for the success of the sons of their own country in the 2022 World Cup.
